Our refund and returns policy
Due to the perishable nature of our product we cannot accept returns. Depending on the reason you may be eligible for a full or patrial refund.
Refunds
Once you have completed a request form that can be emailed upon request to you by a fashion consultant, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, we process these in 5-7days. We do not have control over how long your bank or lending intuition will take to credit your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet after 10 BUSINESS DAYS, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if we sent the wrong item or if they have been damaged due to our packing.
